Hatha Yoga
Slower practice, with fewer poses each being held for 3 -5 breaths. Yoga in this class designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

Vinyasa Yoga
Medium to quick paced flow, with fluid movement from one pose to another. No holds, one breath one movement.

Yin Yoga
Poses are held for up to 10 minutes, with only around 4 - 5 poses per class. Yin yoga releases the fascial system, promotes cleansing and healing, produces stronger ligaments, joints & bones.

HIIT Yoga
Challenge yourself to add this face paced cardio to your practice. 3 blocks of 3 poses, done in a repetitive HIIT style.
